When will my order ship?

All of our art is printed in house and on demand so as soon as your order comes in we get started. We can 100% promise your item will ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Our 40"x60" canvases may take up to 3 weeks to ship, given the size of the canvases and frames used these pieces take extra time and effort but are well worth the wait.

What is your return policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The workmanship and quality of all of our products are 100% guaranteed but we cannot take returns on Vinyl art that has been torn or damaged due to misuse.

All of our orders are shipped via FedEx delivery.

Your art will ship right to your door in our custom secured packages.

How do I hang my art?

We install mounting hardware for you so your art is ready to hang as soon as you take it out of the package.

What is your return policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you don’t like our product. No big deal, send it back undamaged and we will refund you. We are not responsible for shipping on returned items.

Do you guarantee your products?

Flipside Canvas is committed to our customer’s experience with our products and ensuring that they are 110% satisfied. The workmanship and quality of all of our products are 100% guaranteed but we cannot take returns on Vinyl art that has been torn or damaged due to misuse.

What if my order arrived damaged?

We will offer a full replacement for any canvas print with defects such as holes, tears, or design flaws.  Contact support@flipsidecanvas.com to correct this for you right away. We do ask that you provide pictures to help us fix the issue on our end.
