RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.

If you would like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. It must be returned to us in its original condition within those 30 days (shipping charges will not be covered for a return).
And should you have any questions or need some help with a return, please reach out and touch base with our customer service team. We are always happy to help!

ORDER ISSUES:
Once your order has been delivered and you have questions or concerns please contact us via our contact form https://flipsidecanvas.com/pages/contact-us.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days in order to resolve the issue.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 5 business days in order to resolve the issue and have the correct product sent to you.
*If you receive a damaged or incorrect product our team will ask for photos of what was received*

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us! Please keep in mind that, as a small business who’s made-to-order products are produced by hand, we do not keep inventory of our products. If you wish to change or update an order, please contact us within 48 hours to make additional notes or changes to your order. If you need to make any changes that do not fall within those 48 hours, we will try our best to accommodate your requests however all requests may not be possible to fulfill.
